Pizza Funghi

Ja ja ja, jullie hebben op de facebookpagina al een poosje kunnen genieten van de nieuwe omslagfoto, maar nu ook in eigen keuken!
Dit is een vegetarisch recept.

Ingrediënten voor 2 personen:

Gebruik voor de bodem het recept voor de bodem van pizza.

– 200 gram (kastanje) champignons;
– 1 ui of 2 sjalotten;
– 100 gram geraspte mozzarella kaas.

– 1 el crème fraîche;
– klein flotsje ketchup;
– kruiden, knoflookpoeder, paprikapoeder en oregano.

1. Maak eerst de bodem en laat deze rijzen. Voor minder plakkerige handen, doe een scheutje olijfolie door het deeg. Verwarm de oven voor op 210°C.
2. Als het deeg gerezen is, rol deze dan uit tot een bodem voor de pizza op een ovenplaat bekleed met bakpapier.
3. Snijd en bak de groenten tot ze gaar zijn. Doe ze in een bakje of kom.
4. Maak nu de saus. Doe de ingrediënten in een pannetje en roer het goed door tot het warm is en goed met elkaar vermengd.
5. Nu kunnen we de pizza aankleden! Bestrijk de bodem met de saus, doe daar bovenop de groenten en eindig met de geraspte kaas.
6. Bak de pizza in 15 tot 20 minuten gaar en goddelijk in de oven.

Geniet er van! Hoeveelheden natrium en kalium volgen later.
