Oreo Cheesecake

Deze taart hoef je niet te bakken, gewoon een nachtje in de koelkast en hij is klaar!

Oreo koekjes zijn hip. Ik had ze nog nooit gegeten, maar ik ben bang dat ik nu niet meer zonder kan… Wat betreft de taart: heel ongeschikt voor mensen die van ontzettend lekkere dingen houden!

Ingrediënten voor 1 taart:
– 3 rollen Oreo koekjes;
– 90 gram ongezouten roomboter;
– 400 ml slagroom zet maar in de koelkast;
– 160 gram suiker;
– 4 zakjes vanillesuiker;
– 600 gram roomkaas (ik gebruikte mon chou) laat deze maar buiten de koelkast.

Andere benodigdheden:
– Springvorm;
– Bakpapier, 1 vel;
– Mixer;
– Blender/hakselmachine OF een plastic zakje (met zipsluiting) en een deegroller (of hamer);
– Pannetje.

De bodem
1. Gebruik een blender, hakselaar of je spieren om 220g Oreo’s (20 koekjes) te verkruimelen. Bekleed de bodem van de springvorm met bakpapier.
2. Smelt de boter in een pannetje en neem de pan van het vuur. Voeg de Oreo kruimels toe en roer goed.
3. Dump het mengsel in de met bakpapier beklede springvorm. Gebruik de bolle kant van een lepel om het mengsel goed te verdelen en aan te drukken. Zet weg in de koelkast.

De vulling
4. Doe de slagroom en de suiker in een kom en klop de slagroom stijf.
5. Doe de roomkaas in een kom en roer of spatel het tot een zachte, romige massa.
6. Meng de slagroom met de roomkaas tot het goed gemixt is. Verkruimel weer 130g Oreo koekjes (12 stuks). Meng deze ook door het mengsel.

De taart
7. Neem de springvorm met de Oreo bodem uit de koelkast en verdeel de vulling erover.
8. Laat de taart minimaal 4 uren, maar het liefst een hele nacht in de koelkast staan.
9. Als het goed is, is er nu nog ongeveer een halve rol Oreo’s over. Gebruik deze naar eigen inzicht (garnering, opeten…).
